About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to assist with the setup and teardown of various event components for the Festival of Hope. Volunteers in this role will help with tasks such as setting up tables, grills, signs, flags, decorations, and more, ensuring that the event space is ready for a seamless experience for all guests. At the end of the event, you will also assist with tearing down and packing up everything, ensuring the venue is clean and restored.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Setup:
Assist with the assembly and placement of tables, chairs, and tents in designated areas.
Set up grills, food stations, and cooking equipment, ensuring everything is ready for use.
Help display event signage, flags, and decorations in a visually appealing and safe manner.
Organize and arrange event materials and supplies to ensure smooth flow throughout the venue.
Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure that all spaces are set up according to the event's layout and plan.
Event Teardown:
Help dismantle and pack up tables, chairs, grills, tents, and any other event infrastructure at the conclusion of the festival.
Carefully take down decorations, signs, and flags, ensuring that everything is packed and stored properly for future use.
Assist in cleaning up the event area, removing trash, and ensuring the venue is left in good condition.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are returned to designated storage areas or taken to the appropriate staff for proper disposal.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with other volunteers and staff members to complete tasks in a timely and organized manner.
Follow instructions from event coordinators and take initiative to assist where needed.
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own, or import content from a CSV file. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, videos and more. You can also collect and store information from your site visitors using input elements like custom forms and fields.
Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site. Preview your site to check that all your elements are displaying content from the right collection fields.
