F3 Holy City

The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

F3 subscribes to no one particular religion BUT that all men should believe in something greater than themselves.

All F3 workouts are:

1. Free of Charge:

There is no "catch". F3 is a grassroots community, led by local guys.

2. Open to all Men

of all creeds & backgrounds.

3. Held Outdoors:

Rain or shine, hot or cold, no exceptions! Even on holidays.

4. Peer Led:

Rotating leadership helps every individual develop as a leader.

5. Ends with a Circle of Trust:

The leader of the day leaves everyone with a thought or a challenge.
